L'acciaio Maraging è caratterizzato da ottime proprietà meccaniche può essere facilmente trattato termicamente per ottenere eccellenti doti di durezza e resistenza.
Il pezzo in Acciaio Maraging è lavorabile in post-processo per essere indurito sino a 50 HRC tramite tempra a 490 °C per 6 ore. Il modello in acciaio Maraging può essere lavorato tramite saldatura, sottoposto a processo di elettroerosione a filo, micropallinatura ed essere lucidato o rivestito se necessario.
