L’ ABS-ESD7 (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene-electrostatic dissipative) è un materiale termoplastico ABS con proprietà dissipative statiche per applicazioni in cui una carica statica può danneggiare i prodotti, compromettere le loro prestazioni o causare un'esplosione.
L’ ABS-ESD7 impedisce l’accumulo di elettricità statica evitando, quindi, shock statici e la possibilità da parte di materiali come polveri e particelle di aderire.
L’ABS-ESD7 è ideale per prodotti elettronici/di elettronica con circuiti stampati, per l'industria dei trasporti e per le aziende che si occupano di attrezzature industriali.
Largamente usato nella creazione di maschere per l’assemblaggio di componenti elettronici è impiegato, anche, per la costruzione di prototipi funzionali per il deposito di carburante e del materiale per la spedizione come custodie e imballi.

Test plaques were 4.0 x 4.0 x 0.1 inches (102 x 102 x 2.5 mm) and were built both in the flat and vertical orientation. The range of values is mostly the result of the difference in properties of test plaques built in the flat vs. vertical orientation.
